Pemiscot Memorial Health Systems owns and operates a licensed 49 bed Acute Care Hospital; two licensed skilled/intermediate long-term care facilities to include a licensed 120 bed Nursing Home in Hayti, Missouri and a licensed 94 bed Nursing Home in Caruthersville, Missouri (Caruthersville Nursing Center). In addition, the Health Systems operates five (5) Primary Care Clinics to include Hayti Primary Care Clinic, Hayti, Missouri; Womens’ Clinic, Hayti, Missouri; Doctors’ Clinic, Caruthersville, Missouri; Portageville Primary Care Clinic, Portageville, Missouri; and Convenient Care Clinic (after hours clinic) located within Pemiscot Memorial Hospital. Active Medical Staff membership is comprised of Family Practice; Internal Medicine; OBGYN; General Surgery; and Radiology. A number of Consulting Physicians offer Specialty Clinics on a rotating basis to include Cardiology; Ophthalmology; Urology; Ear, Nose and Throat; Psychiatry; Gastroenterology; Orthopedics; and Podiatry.

The following Clinical/Diagnostic medical care services are provided on both an inpatient and outpatient basis and include Clinical Laboratory; Diagnostic Imaging to include CT Scanning, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, Nuclear Scanning, Radiography/fluoroscopy, and Bone Density; Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy; Cardiolite/Stress Testing; Cardiac Rehabilitation; Sleep Studies; Echo-cardiograms; and EKG.
